Signature of MoU between MEC, MCCI and MARC

The MCCI and the MARC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mauritius Mining and Energy Club (MEC) on Friday 14 June 2019 at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Balaclava.
The MoU was officially signed by Ms Dipna Gunnoo (Manager at the MCCI), Mr Neil Kaplan QC (President of the MARC Court) and Mr Graeme Robertson (Director of the MEC).
MEC, MCCI and MARC have come together to form this MOU to encourage and promote Mauritius as the centre for arbitration and reconciliation among the Mining and Energy industries of Africa and the Indian Ocean.
