MARC45 launched for arbitration enthusiasts under 45

The President of the MARC Court, Neil Kaplan, launched MARC45 on 12 July 2017, at the MARC seat in Port Louis. Addressing the audience of young lawyers and other professionals, he gave several tips on career development in the field of arbitration. 'The present and the future of arbitration in Mauritius are in your hands and I hope that you will all grasp the opportunity to turn this fledgling group into an organisation to be reckoned with,' he said, highlighting that 'MARC stands with you to give you support and to receive your ideas for the promotion of arbitration in Mauritius, under the auspices of MARC.'
